Don Goettling built his mortgage career the way serious professionals do—one relationship, one cycle at a time. From loan originator to regional leader, he went on to oversee nine offices, 163 employees, and roughly $1.5 billion in volume.
Along the way, he saw the gap. The people doing the real work had no true home base. Coaching was fragmented. Technology was overwhelming. Events created momentum that didn’t last.
In 2018, he launched Momentum Builder—not as a product or coaching brand, but as a give-back. A place for vetted resources, trusted partners, and peers who actually want each other to win.
What started with a small group at the Burbank Marriott is now a nationwide platform with thousands of members.
